Arun earned the Iron Hammer Award back in July 2018. He lost 50 pounds in a very healthy manner with our program and has since lost another 20. He’s not just lean, but healthy.
One thing that’s special about Arun is his attitude. He’s a humble guy that simply wants to do well and give his best in everything. Kind hearted, and always looking for the positive. Arun had his difficulties and valleys with us, and for good reason.
A hard worker in and out of the gym, he would start his day at the Forge and then work 10-12 hour days 6 days a week. (That’s right). HARD worker. Sometimes too hard. We actually had to scale things back a little to fit his body at the time. Now he’s eating more carbs than ever and has become quite the machine mentally and physically.
Since training with us he has started meditating, he reads more, and begins his college career soon.
We are so excited for him, and you should be too!

✅ Master the basics before making things complicated. Your program only works as hard as you do (consistently)
✅ It’s you vs you, and you owe nobody anything, so you can’t lose. Have fun with it. ✅ What you do matters. Your actions have weight to them twofold: 1. Somebody is looking up to you so your example is powerful. 2. Every small decision is a move forward or backwards in your journey (no matter how small)
✅ You matter. Your health matters. We are rooting for you no matter where or how you get after it. Find what you love and dive in.

Amy is one of those people that has the attitude of “enjoy the journey.” She applies it to her training, which makes a big difference in sustainability. She’s only been with us a few months but is already making great strides in performance and overall foundation. She’s a rock climber, soccer player, and has recently learned to love barbell squats!
