You've found the first post of my coach's blog.
A coach's blog is a good way to help get info out to everyone interested pertaining to the tertiary aspects of fitness: success, discipline, mindset, etc. Not quite the NWF blog, and not quite a personal blog. Somewhere in between.
Because it's good for all the athletes that train with NWF to know what I'm thinking and why I'm thinking it.
I'll post whenever I think of something that will be of value to you in some way.
